  3 Ways To Wear A Long-sleeved Top!

I’m pretty certain I’ve mentioned this before but when I was in uni, I couldn’t get enough of my t-shirt and jeans combo. I remember one time I went to my friend’s room who was cleaning out his closet and true to my casual style, I nabbed some tees off him – some of which I still wear to date.
When I saw this top I couldn’t help but remember those uni days and thought that this was something I would have been drawn to then, even though it doesn’t quite fall into the t-shirt category.
These days all I seem to be drawn to are patterns and prints, but for some reason I couldn’t help but reach out for this casual top. The three sunglasses add some character to it which I thought was fun and cute, but other than that, it’s pretty much your average long-sleeved, simple white top.
Here are three ways I’d wear it!

1. White Out

I’ve always thought white on white has a very fresh feel to it and that’s exactly what I was going for in this first look. I paired the tee with some white denim shorts and added some sandals and a cross body bag for a laid back look.

2. Warm It Up

This look would be perfect for the cooler days {sorta like how Nairobi currently is in the morning}. I wore a pair of grey jeans and threw on this yellow blazer to add a pop of colour. To keep the warm colour pallette, I threw on some brown boots and clutch and kept my accessories minimal.

3. So Girly

Since the top has a very casual feel, I paired it with this short, tiered, frilly skirt to make it a little more girly. I cinched in my waist with my belt and wore some aviators to match the ones on my top and add to its playfulness!
