The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star was admitted to Los Angeles'
Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on June 14 due to complications with her
pregnancy, giving birth the next day with boyfriend Kanye West, 35, at
her side.Kardashian was able to naturally deliver a still-unnamed daughter in her
37th week of pregnancy, though the situation could have been very
serious, experts say.
"The condition can cause complications for other organs," said Dr.
Natalie K. Stevens of Upper East Side Women's Health, who is
unaffiliated with Kardashian.
"Women could have headaches, abdominal pain, issues with vision, among other things."
Another notable symptom of preeclampsia is swelling — and recently the reality star has tweeted several photos of her "pregnancy lips" and swollen feet throughout the latter stages of her pregnancy.

the baby weighed in at "under five pounds," noting the premature birth.
The magazine reports that the baby is incubated to regulate her body
temperature.
