A crazed fan threatened to shoot his own sister dead if a rapper didn't retweet his message.
The as yet unidentified man tweeted a sinister snap — showing a young
girl with a gun to her head — to North Carolina lyricist J. Cole on
Monday.
The hip hop star, whose album dropped on Tuesday, quickly did as he was
told — later adding: "Wildest s--- I ever seen on twitter."
But the fan — user name @_tZc_ — came in for a barrage of abuse, with many of his detractors threatening to file federal complaints with the FBI.
He later claimed the weapon was
in fact an unloaded BB gun and that he
set the stunt up in front of his own mom — who he admitted was furious
with what he'd done.
On Tuesday he uploaded a further picture of the rapper's new album,
complete with its price tag, adding: "I'm a man of my word @JColeNC.'
It's unclear as to where in the U.S. the blackmailer is from as his account claims to be out of Saudi Arabia, reports TMZ.
